On the evening of February 16th the planning and engineering team presented the preferred master plan and cost estimates for the uplands to the public. Below is a summary of the plans and sketches that make up the preferred master plan that we presented. Based on input received by the public in attendance, these plans were met with great enthusiasm and were accepted as presented.
